Let’s see…. In 2023, I was selected as a St. Nell’s Humor Writing Resident and a Yes And Laughter Lab Finalist.

In 2024, I got my stand-up comedy on performing at Joe’s Pub in NYC. NO POPO, my comedic TV pilot about police abolition, landed on Coverfly’s The Red List before nabbing quarterfinalist spots in the ScreenCraft TV Pilot Competition and the Black Boy Writes Media Mentorship Initiative.

In January 2025, I won a scholarship to join Chelsea Devantez‘s year-long creative writing program and community. I’m writing my first feature, a disaster action comedy about climate change and Waffle House. LFGooooo!
